SaaS & startups
SaaS development and marketing for startups
Teknoesis, a software house in Lahore working with clients worldwide, builds SaaS products and markets them. For founders and small software teams, we take you from a scoped MVP to a product with paying users, then plan the search, content and paid channels that bring in the right sign-ups. We know both sides because we build and run our own SaaS, BrokLeads, and because the same team writes the product code and the sign-up tracking.
The problem
What makes saas & startups hard
The MVP grows without a scope
Every early customer asks for one more feature, and the first release slips. Founders end up with a long build, a thin product and no clear signal about which part people actually use.
Multi-tenant mistakes are costly later
Accounts, roles, billing and data separation are easy to skip in a prototype and painful to retrofit once real customers hold data in the product.
Software buyers search before they sign up
People look for a tool by the problem it solves, by comparing alternatives, and increasingly by asking AI assistants. A product page that only describes features rarely answers those searches.
Sign-ups that never become users
Traffic and trial sign-ups are easy to count. What matters is whether people reach the first useful moment in the product, and many teams do not track that step.
What we build and run
How we help
MVP scoping and build
We start by writing down the one job your first users hire the product for, then cut everything that does not serve it. You get a working release on a production-ready foundation, with sign-up, roles and a plan for billing, instead of a throwaway prototype.
SaaS developmentProduct discovery and roadmap
Before code, we run a short discovery: who the user is, the core flow, what to build now and what to defer. You receive a written scope and a prioritized backlog that a future team could pick up and read.
Product developmentProduct design for onboarding
We design the path from sign-up to the first useful result, including empty states and the screens a new user sees first. Wireframes and a clickable prototype let you test the flow with real people before it is built.
UI/UX designSEO for software
We plan pages around the problems your product solves, comparison and alternative searches, and use cases, and we make sure the site is crawlable and fast. We report on Search Console and GA4 data, and we do not promise rankings.
SEOAI-search visibility
Buyers now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI features which tool to use. We structure product, pricing-model and comparison content so it is clear, quotable and consistent across the web, and check what those tools say about you.
AI search & GEOPaid search and sign-up tracking
We set up Google Ads around high-intent searches and track the step that matters: sign-up, activation or a demo request. Reporting shows spend against those events, so you see what the budget actually bought.
Google Ads & PPC
Is this a fit?
Good fit if you
- Founders with a defined problem and a first customer group in mind
- Small SaaS teams that need a build partner and a marketing partner in one place
- Companies adding a software product to an existing service or agency business
- Teams that want to own the code and the accounts from day one
Probably not a fit if you
- Founders who want a product with no discovery and no scope decisions
- Companies looking for a growth team to promise sign-up numbers
- Projects that need a large in-house engineering department on site
- BrokLeads, our own SaaS
A multi-tenant lead CRM with a shared WhatsApp inbox that we designed, built and still run in production: web app, API and mobile app.
Questions about saas & startups
How long does it take to build a SaaS MVP?
As a planning range, a focused MVP often takes 8 to 16 weeks after a one to two week discovery sprint. The main cost drivers are the number of user roles, integrations, billing rules and design work. We confirm a real estimate and a fixed price per milestone or a monthly plan once the scope is written down.
Who owns the code and the infrastructure accounts?
You do. The repository, hosting, domain, analytics and ad accounts are set up under your ownership, so you can bring in another team later without asking us for access.
Can you build the product and run the marketing?
Yes, and they work better together because the same team plans the sign-up flow and the pages that send people to it. You can also hire us for only one side.
What do you need from us at the start?
A short description of the problem and the first users, any research or competitors you have looked at, and one person who can make product decisions quickly. Designs, brand files and an existing codebase help if you have them.
Will SEO and content bring us customers?
We cannot promise rankings or sign-ups, because results depend on your market, the site and the budget. What we do is plan pages around real searches, measure them in Search Console and GA4, and report what is moving and what is not.
How are you different from hiring a freelancer?
A strong freelancer can be the right choice for a small, well-defined piece of work. When you need product, design, engineering and marketing to fit together, we bring them under one plan with written scopes, review steps and handover documents, so the project does not depend on a single person.
