Real estate software development for agencies and developers

We build the software property businesses run on after the sale is agreed: installment and payment plans, booking and allotment, buyer portals and inventory. For the sales side, leads and WhatsApp, there's BrokLeads, the CRM we build and run.

Where property businesses outgrow spreadsheets

Leads are only the start. Most of the work in a property business happens after a buyer says yes, and that's where the spreadsheets and registers pile up.

  • Installments kept in spreadsheets

Payment plans live in Excel, one file per project, so nobody can say at a glance who is overdue, what's due this month, or what a buyer has paid so far.

  • Bookings and holds on paper

A unit is promised to two buyers because the hold was written in a register, and the allotment letter is typed by hand from details copied between files.

  • Buyers calling to ask

Buyers, especially overseas Pakistanis, phone the office for their payment status, their documents and progress on site, because there's nowhere to look it up.

  • Sales and accounts that don't agree

The sales team's numbers and the accounts team's numbers are kept in different places, and reconciling them takes days every month.

What we build for property businesses

Each of these is built around your plans, your units and your approvals, not a template. We haven't published a custom real-estate project yet, so ask us to walk you through the approach.

Installment and payment-plan software

A payment schedule for every unit and buyer, generated from the plan you sell. Due-date reminders, receipts, a running history that the office and the buyer see the same way, and overdue reports by project, phase and agent.

  • Plans in PKR, AED or SAR
  • Receipts and reminders by WhatsApp or email
  • Overdue and collections reports

Booking and allotment for developers

Holds with an expiry, so a unit can't be promised twice. Booking forms, token payments, owner or manager approval, and allotment letters generated from the booking itself, with every change in an audit trail.

  • Holds that expire automatically
  • Approval before a unit is booked
  • Allotment letters from the record

Buyer and investor portals

A private page for each buyer: their units, payment status, documents and construction updates. Built for buyers who live abroad and can't visit the office, on the web and, if you need it, as a mobile app.

  • Payment status and documents
  • Construction updates by project
  • Works for overseas buyers

Inventory and price lists

Plots, files, houses, apartments and commercial units by society, phase and block, in the units your market uses: marla and kanal, square yards, or square feet and metres for Gulf projects, with price lists that update everywhere at once.

  • Local area units
  • Price lists by phase and block
  • Status that sales and accounts share

Every build follows our delivery process: discovery with your sales and accounts teams, a data model for units, buyers and payments, and the smallest first release that replaces the spreadsheet. See custom software development and mobile apps for buyers and field teams.

The sales side is already covered

Lead capture from ads and WhatsApp, round-robin to agents, inventory and owner-approved sales are what BrokLeads does, and it runs in production for property teams. If that's what you need, you don't need a custom build.

From a BrokLeads customer

We stopped losing leads overnight. BrokLeads routes every inquiry to an agent before the client puts their phone down.

Questions from property teams

Should we use BrokLeads or build something custom?

Use BrokLeads if the problem is leads, follow-up and WhatsApp. It's ready, and we set it up with you. Build custom when the gap is installments, booking and allotment, or a buyer portal, which BrokLeads deliberately doesn't do. The two can work together.

Can you connect to Zameen, Bayut or Property Finder?

It depends on what your portal account allows. Some portals offer lead exports or partner integrations, and others only email enquiries. We check what's available for your account during discovery, before promising anything.

Can it work with our accounting system?

If your accounting system has an API or a reliable export, yes: payments can flow across instead of being typed twice. If it doesn't, we'll say so and plan a clean import instead.

Do you work with developers as well as agencies?

Yes. Booking and allotment, holds and buyer portals are mostly developer needs, while agencies usually start with leads and inventory.

Have you built these systems for other clients?

We haven't published a custom real-estate project yet. BrokLeads, our own product, is the proof of how we work in this industry: its inventory, owner sale approvals and per-project campaigns run in production.

Tell us about your property business

A few lines is enough. We'll ask the right questions on the call.

  1. We reply within one working day

By email or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer.

  2. A short call

To understand the goal, the people who'll use it and any deadline.

  3. A written scope and estimate

Before any work starts, so you know what you're agreeing to.

So we can reply on WhatsApp if you prefer.

What are you building, who is it for, and is there a deadline?

We reply within one working day. By sending this you agree that Teknoesis (Lahore, Pakistan) may contact you about your request and store your details as described in our Privacy Policy. We use analytics tools; see Your Privacy Choices in the footer.
