Custom software development for the way your business works

When spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and off-the-shelf tools stop fitting, we build software around your workflow. We've done it for ourselves: BrokLeads started as a CRM for property agencies that were losing leads somewhere between their Facebook ads and their WhatsApp groups, and we still build and run it.

When the real process lives in spreadsheets

Off-the-shelf tools make you work their way. They're built for email when your customers use WhatsApp, priced per seat in dollars, and missing the one approval step your business depends on. So the real process drifts back into spreadsheets and chat groups, where nobody can see what happened.

Custom software pays off when the workflow is the business. The risk is building too much, so we start with the smallest version that replaces the spreadsheet, and grow it from real use.

What we deliver

  • CRMs and sales tools

Lead capture, assignment, follow-ups and approvals, shaped around how your team sells.

  • Internal tools and portals

For staff, partners or customers, with roles and permissions for who sees what.

  • Multi-tenant SaaS

One deployment serving many companies, each walled off from the others.

  • Integrations

Meta and TikTok lead ads, the WhatsApp Business API, payment gateways, and accounting or ERP systems through their APIs.

Custom CRM development

A CRM built around how your team sells: where leads come from, who gets them, the follow-up and the approvals your business depends on. We built one for ourselves, BrokLeads. If leads, follow-up and WhatsApp are the whole problem, it may already do the job; we build custom when the workflow around them is the business.

How we built BrokLeads

SaaS development

One deployment serving many customers, each walled off from the others: the tenant checked on every request, roles and row-level permissions, an admin area for your own team, and hosting and monitoring planned from the start. It's how BrokLeads runs.

MVP development

The smallest version that replaces the spreadsheet or proves the idea. In the first release: the core workflow, sign-in and roles, and the one integration it can't work without. Left for later: extra reports, nice-to-have integrations and settings nobody has asked for yet. Then it grows from real use.

How we build it

Every custom software project runs through our delivery process. These are the steps that are specific to this work. Teal steps are thinking, graphite steps are building, and orange ones keep it running.

  1. Map the workflow

With the people who do the work, not just the managers.

  2. Data model and roles

What's stored, who owns it, and who can see it.

  3. Core workflow

The smallest version that replaces the spreadsheet.

  4. Integrations

    Connect the tools you're keeping.

  5. Reports and approvals

So owners see what happened and sign off on it.

What you get

  • A workflow map agreed with the people who'll use it
  • A data model and permissions: who sees what
  • A web app, and a mobile app if your team works in the field
  • Integrations with the tools you keep
  • An admin area, an audit trail and reports
  • Documentation of how the pieces fit together

Questions about custom software

Should we build custom software or buy an existing tool?

Buy when a tool fits most of your process and you can live with the rest. Build when the gap is the part that makes you money, or when per-seat fees outgrow the cost of building. We'll tell you if an existing product, BrokLeads included, already does the job.

Can each branch or client keep its data separate?

Yes. That's how BrokLeads works: every record belongs to a workspace, access is checked on every request, and within a workspace, agents see only what's assigned to them.

Who owns the software?

You do once it's paid for, as our terms set out. We keep only the general tools and libraries we use across projects.

Tell us about your custom software project

A few lines is enough. We'll ask the right questions on the call.

  1. We reply within one working day

By email or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer.

  2. A short call

To understand the goal, the people who'll use it and any deadline.

  3. A written scope and estimate

Before any work starts, so you know what you're agreeing to.

So we can reply on WhatsApp if you prefer.

What are you building, who is it for, and is there a deadline?

We reply within one working day. By sending this you agree that Teknoesis (Lahore, Pakistan) may contact you about your request and store your details as described in our Privacy Policy. We use analytics tools; see Your Privacy Choices in the footer.
