Social media marketing: organic content and paid social that is tracked

We plan, produce and run social media for businesses that want it tied to enquiries, not only likes: service firms, stores and brands selling to buyers in Pakistan, the Gulf and abroad. That means choosing channels from where your buyers spend time, planning a content calendar, making the creative, answering the community, and running paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube or Pinterest. We also build the other half: BrokLeads, the CRM we run, captures Facebook, Instagram and TikTok lead ads and tags each lead with its campaign, so we know how to make the numbers after the form add up.

Posting is not a strategy

Many businesses post on every platform because they feel they should. The calendar runs out of ideas, the creative looks different each week, comments go unanswered, and no one can say whether any of it produced an enquiry. Paid posts are boosted with a button, and the pixel was never checked.

We begin with one question: where does your buyer already spend time, and what would make them stop scrolling? From there we pick two or three channels instead of six, plan a calendar you can sustain, and make sure every paid campaign has tracking that tells you which post or ad led to which lead.

What we deliver

  • Channel selection

A short, reasoned choice of platforms from your audience, your sector and the content you can produce consistently. Not every business needs every channel.

  • Content calendar and creative

A monthly calendar of posts, reels or short videos, carousels and stories, with the copy and visuals produced for approval before anything goes live.

  • Community management

Replies to comments and direct messages in your voice, with a clear rule for what we answer and what we pass to you.

  • Paid social with tracking

Campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and others, built on a correctly installed pixel and server-side events, reported against your cost per lead.

Organic social

A calendar, creative and replies on the channels we pick together. Facebook and Instagram for consumer and local offers, LinkedIn for B2B and services, YouTube and TikTok for short video, Pinterest where search-style discovery suits the topic. You approve each month's plan, and we don't post things you haven't seen.

Reporting and learning

A monthly report that leads with business numbers: enquiries, cost per lead, and which posts and ads produced them. Reach and engagement are shown too, but as context, not as the headline.

How we build it

Every social media marketing project runs through our delivery process. These are the steps that are specific to this work. Teal steps are thinking, graphite steps are building, and orange ones keep it running.

  1. Audience and channel review

Who buys, where they spend time, what your competitors post, and which two or three channels fit your capacity.

  2. Tracking audit

Check the pixel, the Conversions API, UTM naming and the form or WhatsApp link that ends the journey, before any ad budget is used.

  3. Plan the month

A content calendar with themes, formats and an approval date, so nothing is rushed on posting day.

  4. Make the creative

Copy, graphics and short video produced in your brand style, sent for your approval.

  5. Publish, reply and run ads

Scheduled posts, timely replies, and paid campaigns launched with a small budget that grows only when the cost per lead holds.

  6. Monthly report and review

What worked, what didn't, and next month's changes. Winning creative is repeated; weak creative is dropped.

Questions about social media marketing

Which platforms should we be on?

Usually two or three, chosen from where your buyers already are and how much content you can keep up. A services firm often starts with LinkedIn and Google; a consumer brand with Instagram and Facebook; a tutorial or product business with YouTube. We'll give you a recommendation and the reasoning, then you decide. Cost follows the number of channels, how many posts and videos a month, and whether paid campaigns are included, so fewer channels done well is also the cheaper plan.

Do you guarantee followers or leads?

No. Follower counts can be bought, which is worth nothing, and lead volume depends on your offer, your market and your budget. We report what the channels produce and tell you plainly when something isn't working.

Will you post without our approval?

Not unless you tell us to. By default you approve each month's calendar and creative before it goes out. Replies to simple comments follow rules we agree in advance, and anything sensitive is passed to you.

Who owns the accounts and the ad data?

You do. We work through your own pages, ad accounts and pixel, with the access level we need, so everything stays with you if our work ends.

How do you track paid social leads?

We install the Meta pixel and the Conversions API, use consistent UTM naming, and send leads into your CRM or into BrokLeads, so each lead carries its campaign. That way cost per lead is a measured number, and you can see which leads turned into sales. The same team that builds your site and CRM does this, so the tracking isn't a plugin nobody owns.

What do you need from us?

Brand assets, access to your pages and ad accounts, and someone who can answer questions about products, offers and customers. Real photos, short videos and customer questions make better content than anything we can invent.

Tell us about your social media marketing project

A few lines is enough. We'll ask the right questions on the call.

  1. We reply within one working day

By email or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer.

  2. A short call

To understand the goal, the people who'll use it and any deadline.

  3. A written scope and estimate

Before any work starts, so you know what you're agreeing to.
