Google Ads management: PPC campaigns tracked to the lead or sale

Teknoesis, a software house in Lahore, sets up and manages Google Ads for service firms, online stores and software companies that want to know what each click costs and what it turned into. Conversion tracking goes in first, then a clean account structure, then spend. Because we are developers, we also fix what the ad depends on: the landing page, its speed on a phone, the tracking code and the route a lead takes into your CRM. We report weekly against the cost per lead or sale you set. We don't promise results, because the auction, your competitors and your offer decide them.

Why Google Ads accounts waste money

The common pattern is an account that started spending before anything was measured. Conversions count page views instead of enquiries, broad keywords match searches nobody meant, every campaign shares one budget, and clicks land on the homepage. After a month the invoice is real and the lead count is a guess.

We work in the opposite order. We agree what counts as a lead or a sale, set up tracking and test it, build campaigns around one goal each, and send traffic to a page that matches the ad. Then we look at the search terms every week and cut what isn't earning its place.

What we deliver

  • Account structure

Campaigns split by goal, product or location, with ad groups built around tight themes so the ad, the keyword and the page say the same thing.

  • Conversion tracking

Google Ads conversions, GA4 events and, where calls matter, call tracking, all tested before the first click is bought.

  • Keyword and search-term control

Negative keyword lists built from day one and pruned weekly from the real search terms report.

  • Reporting you can act on

A weekly note on spend, leads or sales, cost per result against your target, and the one or two changes we made and why.

Search campaigns

Text ads that appear when someone searches for what you sell. We group keywords by intent, write ads that match the search, set match types and negatives deliberately, and pace the daily budget so it isn't gone by lunchtime. This is where most accounts should start.

Shopping and Performance Max

For stores with a product feed, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns show products across Google surfaces. We clean the feed first, since titles and attributes decide what you appear for, and we keep an eye on where Performance Max actually spends, because it can be hard to see inside.

Ecommerce solutions

Remarketing

Reminders for people who already visited, built on audiences you have consent to use. We cap frequency and exclude people who have already enquired or bought, so the ads don't follow customers around after the sale.

How we build it

Every Google Ads & PPC project runs through our delivery process. These are the steps that are specific to this work. Teal steps are thinking, graphite steps are building, and orange ones keep it running.

  1. Goals and target

What counts as a lead or a sale, what one is worth to you, and the cost per result you can afford. You set the target; we work to it.

  2. Tracking first

Conversions in Google Ads and GA4, call and form tracking, all tested end to end before spend begins.

  3. Build the account

Campaigns by goal, keyword themes, ads, negatives, and the landing page each ad group will use.

  4. Landing page alignment

Check that the page repeats the promise in the ad and that its form or phone number works on a phone. Fix or build the page if it doesn't.

  5. Launch at a controlled budget

Start with a daily budget we recommend from your goals, watch the first search terms closely, and widen only when the data supports it.

  6. Weekly review

Search terms, budget pacing and cost per result against your target, with changes logged so the account's history is readable.

What you get

  • A written goal and target: what a conversion is and what you will pay for one
  • Google Ads and GA4 conversion tracking, tested and documented
  • Campaigns structured by goal, with ads and keyword themes
  • Negative keyword lists, updated from real search terms
  • Landing page recommendations, or the page itself if you need one built
  • A weekly report and a change log, with the account in your own Google Ads manager

Questions about Google Ads & PPC

Do you guarantee leads or sales from Google Ads?

No. Results depend on your market, your competitors, your offer and your site, and anyone who guarantees them is guessing. What we commit to is the set-up, the weekly management and honest reporting against the cost-per-result target you set.

How much should we spend on ads?

We recommend a starting budget from your goals: how many leads you want, what you can pay for each, and what the keywords typically cost in your market. We start modestly, learn from real data, and raise spend only if the numbers justify it. Ad spend is paid to Google directly from your account, separately from our management fee. The fee depends on how many campaigns and markets there are, whether we also build landing pages, and how much tracking has to be set up, and we confirm it after looking at your account.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do. We work inside your own account, so the campaigns, conversion history and data stay with you if we ever stop working together.

How soon will we see leads?

Ads can show within days of approval, but the first few weeks are learning time: we see which searches convert and trim the rest. Expect a real read on cost per lead after a few weeks of data, not on day three.

What do you need from us to start?

Access to your Google Ads, GA4 and Search Console accounts, a clear description of what you sell and where, the target cost per lead or sale, and a way for us to see what happens to leads afterwards, such as a CRM export or a monthly sales count. Without that last part we can report on cost per lead but not on cost per sale.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer?

A good freelancer can run the account, and if your site and tracking are already in order that may be enough. We fit best when the problem spans the ad, the page and the follow-up: we build and speed up landing pages, set up tracking in code, and route leads into a CRM, so the work doesn't stop at the click. You also get a team with a written scope and a handover, not one person's login.

Tell us about your Google Ads & PPC project

A few lines is enough. We'll ask the right questions on the call.

  1. We reply within one working day

By email or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer.

  2. A short call

To understand the goal, the people who'll use it and any deadline.

  3. A written scope and estimate

Before any work starts, so you know what you're agreeing to.
